"Mother's Little Helper" is a song by the Rolling Stones. The Rolling Stones is an English rock band. Mick Jagger and Keith Richards wrote the song. It is a folk rock song. The song is about Valium and other sedatives. It was recorded in December 1965. The song was the first track on the United Kingdom version of Aftermath (1966). It was not on the United States version of the album. It was released as a single in the US on 2 July 1966. The song was on the Billboard Hot 100 for nine weeks.[5]
