"Mrs. Officer" is the fourth single off of American rapper Lil Wayne's sixth studio album Tha Carter III. The song was released on September 11, 2008. The song also featured American singer Bobby Valentino and American rapper Kidd Kidd.

The song was able to make it to #3 on the Hot Rap Songs, #3 on the Rhythmic, #5 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, #16 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #34 on the Mainstream Top 40 charts.[1][2][3][4][5] The original song was certified 3× Platinum and the mastertone was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[6]

In the song, Wayne raps about being pulled over by a female police officer and them having sex in the back of her cruiser. Wayne even references the 1988 N.W.A song "Fuck tha Police" but in a more literal sense.

A music video for the song was released. The video takes place an hour after the "A Milli" music video. In the video, Wayne plays a guitar beside Bobby Valentino while sitting on the hood of a police car. Wayne speeds down the road while being chased by an officer. She pulls him over and takes him to the back of her cruiser to have sex. Many women dress as cops appear and dance in the video. Valentino dressed as a cop takes mugshots of women.
