Nelly Kaplan
French filmmaker and writer
Nelly Kaplan (11 April 1931 – 12 November 2020)[1][2] was an Argentine-born French movie director and screenwriter. She was born in Buenos Aires, but moved to Paris in the 1950s. She produced the 1960 movie Austerlitz. Her best known directed work was A Very Curious Girl.

Kaplan died of COVID-19 on 12 November 2020 at her home in Geneva, Switzerland at the age of 89.[3]
