Nepali Congress, Madhesh Province The ruling Nepali Congress is the Pradesh Congress Committee. The current leader of the Nepali Congress parliamentary party in the state is Ram Saroj Yadav who is also the Minister of Physical Infrastructure of the state.[2][3]
