Nesseby
Nesseby, or Unjárga, is a municipality in Norway's northernmost county, Finnmark.
Settlements include Nesseby (settlement).
History
changeUntil 1915, skeletons (of c. 130 humans) were dug up (and taken) from where they were buried, and sold;[1] Some of those skeletons were used for research.
During WW II, a prison camp was started (at Vesterelv) for [foreign] prisoners; The Nazi government of Germany ruled over Norway.

The last fighting in Norway, between Soviet forces and German forces, happened (in Varangerbotn map) in November 1944.[2]
