New Year's Smash (December 2021) was a professional wrestling show made by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on December 29, 2021 at the Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida. The event aired as special episodes of Dynamite and Rampage respectively. It was the second New Year's Smash event held by AEW and the second to take place in 2021 after the first one took place in January.

The main event of Dynamite saw Adam Cole and reDRagon (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly) defeat Best Friends (Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta, and Orange Cassidy). The main event of Rampage saw Cody Rhodes defeat Ethan Page to keep his AEW TNT Championship.[1][2]
