Nick Boynton

Nick Boynton (born January 14, 1979 in Nobleton, Ontario) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey defenceman. He played a career total of 11 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played for the Boston Bruins, Phoenix Coyotes, Florida Panthers, Anaheim Ducks, Chicago Blackhawks, and the Philadelphia Flyers. He also played 9 regular seasons games with the Nottingham Panthers of the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL).

Boynton was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 1997. He retired from playing professional ice hockey in 2011.[1]
