(Redirected from Peacemaker (comics))

Peacemaker is the name of a series of superheroes originally owned by Charlton Comics and later bought by DC Comics. The original Peacemaker first appeared in Fightin' 5 #40 (November 1966). It was created by writer Joe Gill and artist Pat Boyette.[1]

The Christopher Smith version of Peacemaker made his cinematic debut in James Gunn's DC Extended Universe movie The Suicide Squad (2021), played by John Cena, who starred in his role again in a self-titled television series for HBO Max.[2] The Smith version also appears as a DLC character in the "Kombat Pack" for Mortal Kombat 1.[3]
