Pedesina is about 70 kilometres (43 mi) northeast of Milan and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Sondrio. As of 31 December 2008, it had a population of 33, and an area of 6.3 square kilometres (2.4 sq mi).[3]
Pedesina borders the following municipalities: Bema, Gerola Alta, Premana, Rasura, Rogolo.
