Raymond C. Fisher

United States Circuit Judge (1939-2020)

Raymond Corley Fisher (July 12, 1939 – February 29, 2020) was an American judge. He served as a judge of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 1999 until his death in 2020. He was also the United States Associate Attorney General from 1997 to 1999. He was a Democrat.

Fisher

Fisher was born in Oakland, California. He died of cancer on February 29, 2020 in Sherman Oaks, California. He was 80.[1]
