Resolution Foundation

The Resolution Foundation is an independent British think tank in London, set up in 2005. It tries to improve the standard of living of low-to-middle income families. Torsten Bell, who was a senior advisor to Ed Miliband, is the Chief Executive.

The report it did, 'Resolution Foundation Review of the Future of the National Minimum Wage,' in 2013 and 2014 was mentioned by Chancellor George Osborne when the National Living Wage was announced in 2015.[1]
