Richard Lewis
American stand-up comedian (1947–2024)
Richard Philip Lewis (June 29, 1947 – February 27, 2024) was an American comedian and actor. He was known for his roles as Marty Gold in Anything But Love and as himself in Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Lewis was born in Brooklyn, New York. He was raised in Englewood, New Jersey. Lewis is Jewish.[5]
In April 2023, Lewis revealed he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.[6] He died of a heart attack on February 27, 2024 at his home in Los Angeles, California at the age of 76.[7][8]
