Sérgio Eduardo Castriani

Brazilian archbishop

Sérgio Eduardo Castriani (31 May 1954 – 3 March 2021) was a Brazilian Roman Catholic archbishop. He became a priest in 1978. He was coadjutor bishop of the Roman Catholic Territorial Prelature of Tefé, Brazil, from 1998 to 2000 and was bishop of the territorial prefecture from 2000 to 2012. He then was archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manaus, Brazil from 2012 to 2019.[1]

Castriani died from problems caused by septicemia on 3 March 2021.[2]
