Santosh Koli Award

The Santosh Koli Memorial Award (Hindi: संतोष कोली समर्ति सम्मान) is an award given to honor the women winners of Hindi Academy Delhi and along with Santosh Koli award, two lakh rupees are also given.[1] This award was created in the memory of Aam Aadmi Party's founding member Santosh Koli who fought against corruption and mafias in Delhi.[2] Santosh Koli was died in a road accident in Agra before of the 2013 assembly elections in Delhi.[3] This award is given only to women.[4]
