Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd. (株式会社セブン&アイ・ホールディングス) is a Japanese diversified retail holdings company headquartered in Nibanchō, Chiyoda, Tokyo Japan. On September 1, 2005, it was established as a result of the integration of three companies: Ito-Yokado, 7-Eleven, and Denny's.
