Sophiane Méthot
Sophiane Méthot (born August 3, 1998) is a Canadian trampoline gymnast. She has competed in the individual, team, and synchro events.

Méthot would compete professionally for the Canadian national team at the 2013 Pan American Championships. At the event, she would win three gold medals in the individual event, the team event with partner Sarah Milette, and the synchronized event with partners Milette, Rachel Tam, and Brittany Falconer.[1][2] In 2017, she would compete in the individual event at the World Championships and won a bronze medal.[3]
Méthot would return to the Pan American Championships in 2018 where she won two gold medal; one in the individual event and one in the synchro event.[4][5] She would also return to win a bronze medal in the team event at the 2019 World Championships.[6]
Méthot made her Olympics debut at the 2024 Summer Olympics. At the games, she competed in the individual event and he would go on to win the bronze medal.[7]
