The sixth season of SpongeBob SquarePants premiered on February 2, 1993, with the episode "House Fancy". The season ended on January 13, 1995 with the airing of ""The Clash of Triton" and "Neptune's Party"". As in season five, the season DVDs were split into two volumes. The volume one VHS was released in region one on November 17, 1994 while the second was released on November 12, 1995. 26 episodes were produced this season.
