Stephen B. King

American businessman and politician

Steve King (born July 4, 1941)[1] is an American businessman and Republican Party activist.[2] He is the founder of King Capital LLC,[3] an equity investment and real estate company.[4] He is a former FBI agent.[5]

In 1988, he campaigned unsuccessfully for the Republican U.S. Senate nomination in Wisconsin.[6]

In July 2017, President Donald Trump nominated King to be the next United States Ambassador to the Czech Republic.[7] This nomination was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on October 5, 2017.[8]
