T-pose

default pose of a 3D model before it is animated

T-pose also know as bind pose or reference pose is the default pose 3D model before is animated so it can be eaiser for auto weighting. [1]

Usage change

T pose is the default pose for skeletal animation and it's also used to created skeletal animation for rigs. Sometimes it could be Y-pose pose upwards or sometimes downwards like A-pose.
