The electric utility company of Taiwan
Taiwan Power Company (Taipower; Chinese: 台灣電力公司) is a company owned by the government of the Republic of China. It provides electricity to Taiwan, including the islands of Penghu, Kinmen and Lienchiang. The company was established on May 1946.
