Clarifications
change@Gazozlu: I have just two questions to clarify:
- In the first two sentences of the second paragraph, did you mean that
- it was hard to show off sculptures in public places, or
- it was hard to show off sculptures anywhere. For this reason, they wanted to show sculptures in public places?
- In the last sentence of the second paragraph, what do you mean by "in their original style"?

- Yes I mean the first one. "It was hard to show off sculptures in public spaces." This is because pretty much the only type of sculptures in public spaces were monuments commissioned by already well known sculptors. So there were no opportunities really.
- In the last sentence with "in their original style" I mean that the sculptures were made in a way was unique to each artist as they didn't have to copy or fit in to any particular type of sculpture or style but they were free to do whatever they wanted. So their original style just means original as in style original to the artist. Gazozlu (talk) 22:14, 17 March 2023 (UTC)
