- Good question. The answer is in the English wiki page under the subheading "Coca - cocaine". The ingredients still use a coca leaf extract, which now has no cocaine in it. The product does contain caffeine, which is slightly addictive. And the story of the ingredients should be in our article, I think. 08:28, 5 April 2015 (UTC)Macdonald-ross (talk)
