Somewhat overstated change

I think the tone of this is somewhat overstated. "Less than a year later Edward would cause great damage over the royal family of the sort not seen previously for hundreds of years"! Just ridiculous, seeing as how George III had been so ill that his son had to be appointed Regent, and later Victoria almost vanished from public life for 20/30 years after the death of her husband.
