Proposal for a change change
This page, as the flags correctly suggest, is rather poor. In addition, it contains a lot of maths which is not needed for a general discussion. On the other hand English wiki has rather a good page on this topic: have a look. I suggest we replace the present page with a shorter, simpler version of the En wiki page, with the prose simplified.
