Linked dates in table format?
changeThe suggested dates for the reigns of the first 28 emperors cannot be verified. For this reason, I do not believe that these dates should be linked. Comments? Questions? Suggestions? --Tenmei (talk) 22:31, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
- According to Louis-Frédéric's Japan Encyclopedia, pp. 962-963, "dates ... should be treated with caution up to Emperor Bidatsu Tennō, the thirtieth on the list [of Emperors of Japan]." This cite supports my decision to remove links for the reign dates of monarchs before Bidatsu. --Ansei (talk) 20:36, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
