Too long, too complex

This article does not meet our remit to provide simplified versions of English wiki articles. Far too much has been brought over, and it has been only slightly simplified. It is now almost beyond our ability to manage. The article is almost unreadable for users with elementary English, so big cuts and changes would be in order here. Agreed. The article needs to be much shorter. Also, the references do not make sense because the bibliography has not been brought over. --Thrasymedes (talk) 10:34, 23 December 2013 (UTC)
