Hello Feminism and Folklore contestant! I began this preliminary evaluation by running the non-list text of this article through my readability gizmo. It is giving me hits as young as eighth grade with an average of ninth. I like to see it closer to sixth.
I will now read the article with my squishy human brain.
I realize this entry was written weeks ago, but I see the same problem I've seen in other entries: Simplify the text by using simple English, not by turning complex words into links. Otherwise,I'm feeling pretty okay here.
@Cyber.Eyes.2005: However, this article is an WP:Orphan, which disqualifies it. There are still a few days to fix this however. Darkfrog24 (talk) 22:44, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
- I've tried to simplify some words, like changing "patterns" to "ways". Also, I've added incoming links to this page. Could you please check again to see if this page is still an orphan? – Cyber.Eyes2005Talk 06:14, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
Simplification
change@BigKrow:, why did you revert my edits to this article? It needs more simplification, and I got it down to about eighth grade. Darkfrog24 (talk) 23:29, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- I reverted because your description seemed funky.... BigKrow (talk) 23:32, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you. I do bring in the funk to my article simplification. I'm going to put the changes back then. I'm a judge in the Feminism and Folklore contest. I have to evaluate the contestant's work before making any substantive improvements on my own. Sometimes that means waiting two months before clicking that "change" link.
