Talk:World
"World" is not a simple english word: so why is this Simple English Wikipedia?--79.45.34.58 (talk) 13:06, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
@Macdonald-ross: The word "world" has multiple meanings, thus "There are other meanings of the word en:world". The word "usually" implies this, but does not explain why or what else. "Usually" also implies a statistical analysis of en:frequency. None is cited. Please see the psychological and sociological implications of other usages of the word "world", such as en:world disclosure besides "... common name for the whole of human civilization, specifically human experience, history, or the human condition in general, worldwide, ...". Furthermore, wikt:world and the more detailed "world" in English Wikitionary give many other meanings, but none give frequency. "wikt:Often" is a slight downgrade from "usually", but even lower might be more appropriate. Stewi101015 (talk) 01:26, 24 October 2015 (UTC)
