Template:iht header (ice hockey table - header)

Parameters

Parameter	Possible values	Notes
title	anything	Displays a title above the header
group	y = yes; blank = no	Displays group column if set (for ranking of teams from different groups)
teamwidth	any number	Width of column "Team" (default = 165)
colwidth	any number	Width of individual columns (default = 36)
template	yes	Creates navbar for use on a template (must be used together with name-parameter)
name	anything	Name of the template for correct linking (used together with template-parameter)
