| {{{Formed}}} | Optional | The storm's formation date. Defaults to "unknown". |
| {{{Dissipated}}} | Optional | The storm's dissipation date. Defaults to "unknown". |
| {{{Image}}} | Optional | The name of an image of the storm, if present. |
| {{{Alt}}} | Needed if {{{Image}}}} is specified | Alt text for the image; see Wikipedia:Alternative text for images. |
| {{{Track}}} | Optional | The name of a track map of the storm, if present. |
| {{{Track alt}}} | Needed if {{{Track}}}} is specified | Alt text for the track. |
| {{{Pressure}}} | Optional | The minimum pressure of the strongest storm in mbar/hPa. Must be a number. |
| {{{Prepressure}}} | Optional | Use this to add a modifier before the value of Pressure. |
| {{{Pressurepost}}} | Optional | Use this to add an important note on the value of Pressure, i.e., whether or not it is officially listed in the Atlantic hurricane database (HURDAT) or on the Atlantic Hurricane Research Division Web page. |
