A helper template which returns the name of the article about the colonial era in any one of the states of the U.S. which was previously one of the Thirteen Colonies of the British Empire in North America.
If the name supplied is not one of the Thirteen Colonies, then the template returns nothing. This allows it to be used to check the validity of a name.
