Creation

Hello all. I am creating this, and it is taking time to build it out as we are different from the English Wikipedia. It is being highly customized for our admins, and if you have any suggestions, please let me know. I will be building out some categories as well that may have nothing in them, as they will be admin categories to help with the board sorting. Please post here and tag me or post on my talk page.
