Theodore Katsanevas

Theodore Katsanevas (Greek: Θεόδωρος Κατσανέβας; 13 March 1947 – 8 May 2021) was a Greek academic and politician. He was a member of the Greek Parliament from 1989 to 2004[1] for the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PA.SO.K).[2]

In May 2013 he founded the political party Drachmi Greek Democratic Movement Five Stars.[3][4]
Katsanevas died on 8 May 2021, from COVID-19 at the age 74 in an Athens hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic in Greece.[5] He had contracted the virus five days after being administered the first dose of the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
