TriMet
public transit operator in the Portland metropolitan area
TriMet is the transit system in Portland Oregon. It was formed in 1969, and has since become the primary transit provider in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
Service
changeTriMet has 3 main modes of transit[1]
- Bus service: 85 local, express, and bus rapid transit lines.
- Light rail: 5 MAX light rail lines.
- Commuter rail: the WES commuter rail line.
TriMet also runs a paratransit service called "LIFT".[2]
