This is a lists of tropical cyclones that affected the Philippines in 2022.
Tropical Cyclone Names
changeThis season, PAGASA will use its own naming scheme for tropical cyclones that either develop within or move into their self-defined area of responsibility.[1] The names were taken from a list of names last used during 2018 and are scheduled to be used again during 2026.[1] All of the names are the same except Obet and Rosita, replacing the names Ompong and Rosita after these were retired.[1]
