University nuhelot’įne thaiyots’į nistameyimâkanak Blue Quills (University nn Blue Quills, formerly Blue Quills Education Centre and Blue Quills First Nations College [BQFNC]) is a university near St. Paul, Alberta, Canada. It was established in 1971. It was called Blue Quills First Nations College (BQFNC) at first. It operated as an indigenous non-profit educational institution. Its goal is to encourage a sense of pride Indigenous values and traditions.[1]
