Progress change
The categories have been renamed.
I checked to see that all the "Settlements in" categories have their interwiki links, if there are any. --Done
I plan to check the "Settlements in" categories to make sure that any commons links they have are correct.
Categories with specific notes change
- applied by a template, and appears redundant with Boroughs in Berlin. I'd like to remove this category, but that could be a separate issue because of the template.
- Update: fixed by adding template parameter to change category assignment
These categories would remain, but the content would be different. They would contain entries only for things specifically called municipalities (or the local-language equivalent).
