Jean Alberti’s career spans 35 years of Culinary and Hospitality related experience. == change

Born with a passion for the hospitality industry, he first refined his culinary skills in Strasbourg in France and the United States before going on to successfully operate some of the most exclusive resorts and restaurants in Antigua, Spain, the United States, and Shanghai.

  1. His move to the Far East in 2006 led to founding and partnering in several companies.
  2. In 2008, I became a founding partner of Wild & Bare, a fair-trade tea sourcing company known for its commitment to organic and wild teas.
  3. In 2012, I was invited by the managing director of Ignite Media Group to help create Southern China’s first high-end gourmet print and online magazine, and Tasting Kitchen (now TK) is the glossy result.
  4. In 2015 I founded Scyntil in Macau and Hong Kong firm specializing in F&B businesses, Scyntil is wide-ranging in scope, offering conceptual, design, construction, management and culinary services.
