I am on the Wikimedia Commons as Jonathan. If you have a PNG version of an image that you would like changed to the SVG file type, then ask me either here or on Commons, and I'll try. I'm at the English Wikipedia, though, so you would get a quick reply there. If it would be easier for you to contact me on Commons, please do so. I also upload my free work for here at Commons, and you should, too. That's what the Commons were made for.
