Created anything not know what? Some one thinks that this person is good , he is my friend in real make him administrator . Four people are friends make him administrator. And another are administrator . This person is not like by me block him. I don't know whom the person is definitely doing wrong according to me . Because I know the policy , which is fake. All the eight policies are actually not appears on Wikipedia but articles should be drawn in the way. But there are extra policies which is more good to be called as social media. Construction of articles are less than creating article due to the failure of three deletion policy.
