Inviting Users and IPs

I think we should have a template for inviting Vandals and IPs to become reformed. The general criteria would/will be a a vandal that that has/had a history of vandalizing, but recently has shown to be able to edit constructively. I do not propose we invite vandals that have not shown to edit constructively, because it would make us a bigger target for vandals. I'll get started on a "prototype". -Pending^{(tell me I screwed up and where)}

Yes maby a new template would be a good idea. IPs always change so we could end up with a member with alot of IPs and it would be very confusing. It would be alot better if members had an account.--Mr Wiki Pro (talk) 17:19, 14 January 2014 (UTC)

Some suggestions: 1) It would be much better if we congratulate or thank the user for kicking his bad habit and want to contribute to Wikipedia. 2) For IP address, dont say invite "the IP address to join the group". It is self-contradictory when you need to create an account. 3) And yes, I do agree the IP vandals should create an account.
