Tonkotsu

Tonkotsu is one taste of Ramen. It is most popular ramen in Kyūshū.

History

It was born in Fukuoka, Japan and was said start from Kurume prefecture.

Characteristic

Tonkotsu ramen nodle is thinner general ramen. The soup is white and made of bone of pork.
