@Only:, @Chenzw: Hey, it's Kwiecinski. I'm very sorry for my actions on Simple English Wikipedia. I realized that my actions are inexcusable and I regret having done them. I want to continue editing dog and hip hop articles. May you please grant me a second chance? Also, the reason why I'm asking is because the block that you've imposed for this range I'm currently using is a bit harsh. I think that it should be lifted or its duration be abridged because it is not fair for those people who did not commit any harm in the first place. (For reference, see this. Well, you have a few hundred IP's used here for vandalism. On other wikis, there's more. Regardless, as your ranges have been blocked globally at times (if I remember correctly), appeals must be handled by stewards and are out of the scope of local admins' authority.
