I am Robert M. Shaw and I own the right to Kensington University and you don't not the legal right to interfere with my trade name.
Here is my trade name registered with the Hawaii Secretary of State, https://hbe.ehawaii.gov/documents/trade.html?fileNumber=383637ZZ&certificate=4130424.
I will grant you the right to use my trade name if corrections are made.
1. I was banned by Go-Phightins for a period on four years when he unjustly determined that me telling him I owned the rights to the University was a Legal Threat. 2. My University operated in California and Hawaii, thus the text about the school being illegal in Texas is not a factor and should be removed. 3. Kim IL-Sung never attended the University, and I have challenged this before, the Diploma shown is NOT a Kensington University Diploma. 4. Kensington University was a front runner University being ahead of it's time and used the same methods described in Title 20 1093 of the Federal Code. 5 I challenge the accuracy of the CBS news reports headed by News Director Dan Rather whom manufactured a fake document against George W Bush. 6 I challenge #11 want to buy a degree, at no time did kensington University sale degrees, people earned the degrees.
I respectfully request these matters be changed.
