@DarkDan123: I can empathize with you that I have almost zero respect for anyone who actively vandalizes. However, on Wikipedia, we use blocks to prevent bad edits, not to punish those who made it. See our blocking policy for more information. Computer Fizz (talk) 16:55, 23 February 2020 (UTC)

You can have zero tolerance using the messages that have already been created for you. You can start out with this one, then if they continue vandalizing, use this one, then this one, and if they continue vandalizing after all those messages you can report them here, and an admin will look at it and block them if it was valid vandalism.
