Thank you for your prompt reply, I understand that this user has contributed to the site during their active period and these posts prohibit me from taking the account over. I would however request that you please look at the following and what I propose.
The account has been inactive for more than two years and I believe it will remain so, this abandoned account continues to maintain the unified login despite no posts in commonswiki, enwikiquote, enwikisource, enwiktionary, and mediawikiwiki. All services I wish to use, further the following have only two posts dated many years ago, enwikibooks and metawiki. Lastly, the enwikipedia where I will have my account home is possible (with a some work from a kind Stweward)if I can dislodge the unified login from this account registered here.
All the english language Wikimedia Foundation sites I wish to use with the name 'Jordan' would be possible with the exception of Simple Wikipedia. By removing the unified login from the desired account and keeping the users single login for this account only, I believe we can preserve the user's account here and I can put account to great use everywhere else.
