Hi! Wikipedia is not for self-promotion or autobiographical content, so I've deleted your user page again. Please do not recreate it with the same/similar autobiographical/promotional content.
If it helps: in 2006, Soulja Boy (most likely) tried to make an article about himself on the English Wikipedia, before he was well known. It was deleted, multiple times actually. A year and a half later, he had a #1 hit, at which point he was notable and the article was undeleted. Wikipedia itself will not make you notable, it simply reflects what sources are available.
