Final warnings change

Once someone is vandalising after their final warning/only warning, just report to WP:VIP. That user's changes were definitely bad enough for an only warning. --Belwine (talk) 19:43, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi there! Thanks for pointing that out - I was a little torn as I saw that you had given an only warning for their first offence. I noticed that they had made one helpful change about the number of pupils, so perhaps had some good intentions (maybe I was too optimistic!), so decided to go with a final warning instead as it wasn't clear why they had received the only warning in the first place. Hope that clears things up! Best, Milo, Talk, Contribs 19:46, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, see this, definitely in bad faith. Thanks for reverting and explaining though :) --Belwine (talk) 19:48, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Deadlinks change

Hey there! I can see you added wikilinks to Friday Night Dinner. I’m letting you know that a few of them didn’t exist. Thanks. 88.145.93.122 (talk) 23:25, 13 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi! Yeah that was in fact deliberate - over here on Simple wiki we often leave deadlinks to pages that don't exist but should. That's because then the Wikipedia software picks up that it's been linked to and adds it to the list of articles that should be written. It means in the future when somebody goes to write that article, they don't have to go back and link other articles to it. Best wishes, Milo, Talk, Contribs 08:03, 14 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
Ok, thanks. 88.145.92.33 (talk) 08:10, 14 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Just so you know... change

admins can nuke pages by one contributor all in one go. So only make a few QD requests and then just wait for an admin to nuke them all/delete them all. The result will be the same whether we make a load of QD requests or just a few.--Ferien (talk) 16:02, 14 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Oh ok perfect thanks. Milo, Talk, Contribs 16:04, 14 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
