Vera Jacobsson
Vera Jacobsson (born c. 1900s) was a Swedish track and field athlete and a pioneer in women’s athletics in Sweden. She was specialized in the standing long jump and sprint events. She represented Sweden internationally.

Biography
changeJacobsson represented Sweden at the 1926 Women's World Games in Gothenburg. With a distance of 2.28 metres she finished sixth in the standing long jump event.[1] Together with Sylvia Stave, Asta Plathino and Märta Johansson she competed in the 4 × 110 yards relay event and finished in fourth place.[2] She also competed in the 100 yards event and 250 metres event but didn’t qualify for the final.
Jacobsson's participation at Women's World Games was sponsored by women’s magazine Idun.[3]
