Viktor Bilash
Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Insurgent Army of Ukraine (1893–1938)
Viktor Fedorovych Bilash (Ukrainian: Віктор Федорович Білаш; 1893 – 24 January 1938) was the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Insurgent Army of Ukraine (RIAU) under Nestor Makhno.[1] He became its commander in chief after Makhno went into exile.[2]
